1. What Clokq does

Clokq is a price-comparison and price-alert service. Clokq does not sell the retailer products shown on the service. Purchases are completed with third-party retailers and are subject to those retailers’ terms.

2. Price and availability information

Prices, delivery, availability, gift cards and other benefits may change. Clokq aims to present useful information but does not guarantee that every retailer, price or promotion in the market is included or current.

3. Price alerts

You may create a price watch using your email without creating an account. Alerts are informational and may be delayed or affected by retailer-data availability, technical outages or changes to product listings.

4. Retailer links and affiliate relationships

Clokq may use tracked or affiliate links and may receive a commission if you buy after clicking a retailer link. Sponsored placements, if introduced, should be clearly identified.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for confirming the final retailer price, delivery cost, product model, warranty, stock and other purchase terms before buying.

6. Final launch requirements

Before public launch these terms should identify the legal business operator, business contact details, governing law, consumer-law wording and any required disclosures.
